I don't agree that it's been 15yrs of good work. Yes, Levy has done well financially for the club, but that seems to be the only concern. Plus a lot of that money has been wasted on overpriced players and clueless management.
What really annoys me is this absence of culpability. Nobody is to blame for £85mil being spent in the fashion of a drunken lottery winner.
Levy may have done well for the club financially, but a large part of that is thanks to the vastly increased amount of money in the game nowadays. In recruitment terms, he has been an unmitigated disaster.

A lot of fans want Levy and ENIC to sell up and go.
Problem with that is we could end up with a Randy Lerner, Hicks/Gillett type chairman.
Levy needs to stop sacking managers, Lewis needs to spend the £60mill that would guarantee CL football and titles, £100mill wasted, mid table team, manager's **** because we're not top 4, Kane's not good enough as a third choice striker, Kane should start, etc.
Couldn't give a fig about some DM article, we need to get off the pointless cycle of negativity and support the team. Seriously, so many clubs have it much, much worse and if you just expect everything to go excellent all the time then go support Real Madrid, or Bayern Munich, or Chelsea.

You get articles like this if you get five points from six games, especially at the beginning of a new season with a new manager. The sky is falling! Many of us would rather wait at least a bit longer before we hit the panic button. Those who wouldn't, for the most part if not in every case, have been convinced for a long time Levy and ENIC will never and can never get things going on the right track.

There's been a long term plan for THFC and that plan is still moving forward. There have been **** ups along the way but they're to be expected. Big businesses have 10, 15 and 20 year plans. They don't think season on season like we do.
Apart from Jol, the others needed to go. Redknapp talked himself out of a job. Sherwood was always a caretaker manager; all parties knew the contract wouldn't be honoured. Ramos and AVB didn't read the job description. Levy's hand was often forced.
Career suicide? Levy has no career. He's a multimillionaire Spurs fan. He wants to leave a legacy. If he wanted to leave a big bank balance, he wouldn't be in the football game.
We'll be sold when the stadium is built. Only then will you be free from Levy and Enic. I'm not sure it'll be a good thing.

there is something in me that is enjoying our very average start to the season.
I think its because im sick of delusions. I want us to be in a true position..not a false one..of flying high but when it comes to the crunch then imploding anyway..maybe then Levy might take a look in the mirror and ask a few questions...we all joke about him being trigger happy but even that cant carry on forever.

I can't see how any fan can enjoy or revel in our current run of poor league form and rudderless play. Today'a game at Villa could be hugely pivotal. Lose it and we'll be looking over our shoulders in a big way. Get a good result and we could push on. Trouble is, I think Villa will really fancy this match and if our heads drop and concentration goes, we could be in for a torrid afternoon. Let's hope not. Either way, Levy won't go so another managerial sacking would be simply ridiculous.

because if we have a good few matches..it papers over the cracks..and im sick of that...the only way Mr Levy sees things for how they are will be when we hit rock bottom..then he can get back to looking in the mirror..but the odd good result here and there and a 'challenge ' for top 4...etc etc...never solves the problem..because we don't build on it..we stay satisfied..thats not good enough.
so for the greater good..i don't mind the crash and fall for now..so long as it gets a massive reaction from THFC.

his true colours , with Strafford , 6 years of profit on transfers , his Tottenham will never be mine.
