Some great songs but saw a couple of his concerts on TV and he's brutal live. Either can't remember his own songs properly or so poor he just can't sing them
Saw him at sheffield four years ago and the gig was great, a proper showman but he was off the grog and the marching powder, and he had shed some timber.
I am off to Twickenham on Saturday and came across the bloke who I think is probably my favourite ever singer. Great song too. Even Shaks can't moan.
Surely you meant most over rated singer. Good songwriter, awful singer. In same club as kristofferson and willie Nelson, terrible
Walk the line and ring of fire possibly the two best songs of all time both sung by the man in black. For me Sinatra had no talent, he murdered other people's songs and his backers just murdered people. Allegedly.
For what a **** version sounds like. Torture your ears with this ****e....
Some years ago I had to do a three day fit out in a supermarket. They had one Johnny cash cd playing in a loop for the entire three days. I damn nearly went completely mental
The good stuff doesn't have to be ancient either
