I'm really not. Focus your anger and outrage on things that merit it. Not some lass in a top you know nowt about.
I think the shirt is fine, after all if Tony Fernandez is prepared to don a City shirt and stand on the terraces with our fans surely she can wear that?
Women are different. On TV the other night comedian Jo Caulfield was asked what was her favourite team. She said she didn't have just one but preferred to follow about four or five teams.
Well said Happy.!! My wife is from Liverpool and is a huge fan. She is also a big City supporter and knows as much about our team as I do. I would have no problem with her wearing a half and half shirt if I took her to our game with Liverpool. Also some of the comments about the young ladies looks are way out of line. What does that have to do with anything. Some of you need to look in the mirror.
There's a first time for everything and I've finally seen a post from Happy I agree with. I love Hull City and I would never wear a half and half shirt - but if she wants to then fair enough. There may be many reasons why she's wearing it - Liverpool have had some hard times in terms of fans and football tragedy - if someone wore a shirt because of a connection to that would you really slag them off? It would be a pretty low act if you did
Horrible shirt.. BUT I wouldnt have given her any abuse .For all I know she could be a lovely person despite what I consider a horrible shirt. I also think half and half scarf's are a shiity idea but they seem to be popular with some fans.
Not the same situation but I've been in the home end for a City away game before and out of respect for the people around me I haven't worn colours. This to me is wearing the oppositions colours in the wrong end even though it is only half it shouldn't be allowed. This makes half and half scarves look tolerable.
At the World Cup in Japan, loads of Japanese were wearing half and half shirts and supporting both teams, it was weird.
But surely anyone who wears such a thing to a game involving both teams knows precisely what kind of stick they are going to get. It says a lot about the person in my eyes that they think 'no, f** you - I'm wearing what I want in amongst the Hull City fans and you can kiss my arse if you dont like it." Fair enough, that's her perrogative but she must then expect the abuse that goes with it. So I wont let her down......she's a massive t**t and has brought shame on Hull City.
No tolerance then ? Not prepared to read balanced views ? Just everyone's a **** ? I don't particularly like it but the lass might have her reasons or she might have been a PL tourist. Don't condemn without knowing the full facts.
I don't care, she is a Mong for doing this...what else did she think she would get other than abuse. Did anyone on this illustrious forum see her at the game? wonder if she got any abusive chants.
Sunday Sun yesterday. Feature called 'My club' Rob Birch frontman for group Stereo MC's ???? Question 1. When did you support Manchester United? answer; I started when I was 5 years old, Bobby Charlton kicked it all off for me in the 1966 World Cup. Question 2. What was you first match? answer; I've never actually been to see one! It's on my bucket list.......to go to Old Trafford. Then he goes on to call Manchester United 'we' throughout this dreary interview. What a ****er.
This is much more annoying than the woman weaing the half/half shirt. At least she pays her money and goes to matches.
