I know that penalty was a ridiculous risk and pathetic in execution but if he comes back to the club, I, for one, probably the only one, will give him another chance. I always thought he had a nice touch and good brain. He tried to make himself a hero and it backfired pretty badly for him. If it had gone in...what would we be saying about Kermogant now?
For me Kermorgant showed glimpes of ability and you always thought he could do something but he never did. He just got lost on the wing half the time
Seemed to want to play football and made some nice passes, but never really developed the way that Gally has over the last season. When Gally gets the ball 30 yards out we have a chance of a shot on goal. With Kermogant it was which wing he was going to push it out to. Personally, have forgiven that penalty long ago, but cant see him offering anything we havent already got. Time to move on.
Although I cannot say what I really felt on that night (I would be arrested) Whoever pulls on city shirt should get our backing and full support until we definitly get rid!

It's highly unlikely he will play for City again, but I would support him if he did. He didn't try to miss that night. He was guilty of extreme recklessness at worse, and if it had gone in we would have watched it on YouTube again and again for completely different reasons. It didn't go in, he looked like a plonker but he wasn't the only player to miss that night. One player missed, cried his eyes out and sealed his place as a fans' favourite, the other missed after trying something audacious/silly and messed up and ends up a fans' villain. From the sublime to the ridiculous is but one small step.
Think he (Kermogant) as had more than enough abuse, he as had to go into exile for a year, He is still a Fox and will get my full surpport if he puts on a city shirt again, Dont forget Waggie missed aswell that night! He as scored pens like that before it just was a bad and costly night for him to **** it up lets move on now.
