Other than Chelsea I think the 3 remaining spots are wide open, yes a very good chance that City will occupy that 2nd spot but not a dead cert. Title will go to Chelsea.
I've done ip check so I now know too..... oh and city not in top2.. thats nuts talk. nuts. chelsea look every inch of champions as of today but costa and hazard are it. City look like they've a tonne of improvement in them and they have yaya, komonay and aguero to think of. If cheslea lose their two they'll still grind it out. city lose any of those 3 they fall apart. thats the difference for me. City to run cheslea really really close. chelsea could blow their lead v the top 4.
As long as Costa is able to play they will win more than they draw and thats the key. As the saying goes, whoever finishes above them will win the title. I think City and Chelsea are dead cert for top 2 which means the remaining 2 up for grabs. The jury is out on both ourselves and United. Arsenal will be there and thereabouts. Trying to be objective, I think that United have the potential to come into the top 2 - it would be absurd (and hilarious) if they didn't after the huge amounts theyve spent. We too have the potential to improve as Sturridge comes back. It all depends on how we (and they) fare against the so called minnows. We hardly lost any points against them last season whereas they did. The next three matches will be crucial in telling us whether we are top 4 material.
yeah... but with cost they'll take 90 points plus. sorry but utd have no chance of top 2. They don't have a kompany. Rojo looks shaky right now. they can take top 4... if arsenal don't dial in their quality utd could take top 3 but.. they'll be 10 points back I feel..... di maria is the star and the others build round that. if he gets injured like ozil did last year things can swing.... the difference between cheslea and utd is if costa goes down mourinho will play off drogba... it suits him and if dimaria goes down??? mata... too slow. LFc look to me to be chasing two inconsistent teams in arsenal and utd.... yet i don't yet see us being consistent. next 4 matchs have palace away and newcastle away and thats where men are sorted from boys.
sorry about the typo - I meant United have got potential to challenge for the remaining 2 and not top 2. As I said I think Chelsea and City are dead certs for top2. Di Maria I agree is their key player. He is the one who has made the difference. If he is off injured they will slip down the table.
i think utd will certainly be lat least challenging. i feel away from home they can slip up but it takes a small bit of bottle to go to old trafford which so far we've seen a couple sides bottle strangely... a back 4 like that should be great encouragement. Arsenal seem very inconsistent too so far. they aint bad at all but need to kick on more. Our issue is.............. we've not solved issues at either end and are hoping sturridge is the key.
I still think we'll click and have a good season I really don't see us pushing to win it as Chealsea are too strong but 2nd is still up for grabs imo.
I'm feeling this way too, partly because I'm forcing myself to, but partly because I think some of the injured players coming back will have a major positive influence - I hope
Because Van Snaarl told you yoonited would finish 3rd and Woodward said top 4 was a minimum requirement this season. Either of which would get yoonited CL football.
If you ask me, we shouldn't. We should let them play a game to decide who wins- and then restart the league but this time, Chelsea and City have to play blindfolded!
