I thought it was about time that we had a thread dedicated to our owner.
Over this past summer she has had a fair bit of negativity directed at her from certain quarters, with some accusing her of selling her Father's legacy and not being interested in taking the Club forward.
Now, I hope that we can all agree that she not only wants to oversee a successful team but she has the best interests of the Club and its' image at heart.
The Saints has regained its' soul and judging by Katharina's joy at Nat Clyne's goal at Anfield, has an owner that clearly cares about us.

The article in the Mail beat you to it....pointing out she has done very well for someone reportedly not interested in football. I'm not sure she has made it to the last 2 games, hope she comes to the QPR game...though if we lose, she is of course banned ever after.

Oh, I haven't read that...just thought it would be nice to have a thread devoted to her.

I agree...some people forget that she has owned us for longer than Markus did. Obviously, without him she would never have got involved, but she has carried it on when it would perhaps have been easier to sell us.

I appreciate this.

So far she has done exactly what she said she would. A top top woman. Immense respect.

Absolutely - firstly she's foreign, secondly she's female - the two hardest starts she could have, yet she's really breaking the mould for chairpersons in football. Massive respect.

Sorry to the club, Katarina and mostly not606 for my personal summer meltdown. I was so worried about the club, but somehow we have come out not only unscathed but actually better. Unbelievable really. Long may it continue

And so far everything has been done with such dignity. This truly was a really difficult time for them to navigate through but they dealt with it so professionally - you can just imagine what some of the other owners would have been like - in the press all the time.

I feel like I'm living in a parellel universe....nothing but praise about the team and manager (on other threads) and now heaping praise on our delightful owner.. :emoticon-0115-inlov

what a difference to a couple of months back. !!

We should always remember that the media make it worse than it is. So few of them just post a story with facts in these days.

I just can't wait for DTLW to be Head of Global Media Operations Worldwide (Hogmow) for all media outlets, so we know that the bastards won't do so much **** stirring in the future.... eh DTLW?
