That was a shocking referee display from Mike Dean though. Ignored a lot of Chelsea fouls and pulled up nearly every City one. Made a rod for his own back deciding to hand out cards for fun in the first half.

He was and still is an unknown quantity. He didn't do very well in Spain, and then turned Southampton into a mid table side. Since he left Southampton they have sold most of their players and become even better, so what does that say about our manager ?

I think that poster has made a very good obsevation.

People say we lost our best players...well, Lambert was only good towards the end and was overshadowed by Rodriguez who we still have and Chambers couldn't get in the side ahead of Clyne, who we still have! The other three, fair enough (albeit Lovren wasn't amazing after his injury), but we still have Schneiderlin who's our most talented player.

I don't believe in history and passion Lampard is a City player. When Lampard signed for City he showed love stories are over.
