London is one of the best cities in the World I moved here in 2000 and could never go back to living in the sticks again.

I lived there in the late sixties/early seventies. Enjoyed it lots, now I'm back in the sticks, and what a wonderful place Norfolk is. I couldn't go back.

Was walking my dog earlier today, bright sunshine, rolling hills of Mid-Norfolk, fields with crops, fields ploughed, what a picture. Just sat in the hedge thinking how lucky I am.

I go to London regularly, it's less than two hours away, why live there? You can have the best of both worlds.

With gandy on this one. Have worked in London in the past and whilst it is unquestionably a world class city and a wonderful place to visit it is certainly not where I choose to live and raise my daughter. Give me fresh air, friendly people virtually no crime and grime every time.

Sorry but I think London is a complete hole and would never live there.

There are some nice bits but there are also lots of bad bits. Not for me, would not want to bring my kids up there.

    Each to their own though.

I moved from Cambridge to London for a couple of years and hated it so much I moved back and commuted each day instead. I now live in West Sussex which just doesn't compare to Cambridge either so I will be moving back in a couple of years!
