That's a lot more democratic than getting 38% in 300 specific geographic areas then getting all the power.

Less effective, maybe, but I think it's more reasonable.
 
So who is all staying up into the wee small hours to get drunk and shout at the telly?

I feel in ma watter the turn out will be pretty high. Last few months wherever you go there's ****s arguing about yes/no.
