A lot of the people sat near me on Saturday obviously hadn't heard the "Dušan Tadić" version of the "He plays on the left..." song before and appeared delighted at the last line.

Does it still end "makes Lallana look ****e"?

The funniest thing, apart from Lovren gifting a goal, was how out of his depth His Lordship looked. I can only imagine how tinpot Real Madrid will make him look.

But by then, he'll probably be solidly benched.

Just out of interest, why do you hate Lallana so much? Genuine question as I don't know much about the circumstances of his departure

After declaring his love to the club, wanting to finish his career here, kissing the badge etc, he basically had his head turned by Gerrard & Hodgson, refused to play for us again, and played a media game trying to engineer a move out the club, and blaming the board for wanting out. And then when he joined Liverpool, he then turned round and said he had dreamt of playing for Liverpool for months, at a time he was busy kissing the Saints badge.

I think that might have covered it?

It's not that he's been left out that I find comical. It's that Borini starts ahead of him. A guy Liverpool tried to offload, again, only last month.

Dejan Lovren had been down on the ground, not moving, for a couple of minutes but fortunately he is able to get up and gingerly make his way off the pitch. Brendan Rodgers looks a relieved man, but will he be able to continue? It was a nasty knock he suffered.

Dejan Lovren is treated by the Liverpool doctor
