  1. I really would not be surprised if we see the long-awaited North London Power-Shift occur this season.

    But, perhaps, we may not.

    It all depends.

Saw a banner in the crowd on MOTD. I wondered if the site actually existed - it does! Quite something, as a manager, when you've got a whole website dedicated to getting rid of you!...<laugh>

  4. So, there's a big 6-pointer game being played, this afternoon: United v QPR, at the foot of the table.

I often find the relegation battles more interesting than the fight for honours among the big teams.

Don't sit on the fence, HIAG, tell us what do you think the chances are? 50-50 perhaps....<whistle>

  6. I've been caught before, trying to make predictions about the North London Power-Shift. Gooner in particular have been quick to jump on things I appear to have said, in the past, and to try to make out that I was some kind of tool. So, I have learned to be cautious.

I mean, I do think the North London Power-Shift will definitely happen, in all probability, beyond a shadow of a doubt, almost certainly. It depends on how things go. Maybe.

But don't hold me to any of that.

A three goal victory for QPR puts Manure in the bottom 3, come on you hoops!

All hail Costa at the moment after a hat trick in match four. Can't help but think he'll blow himself out long before season's end.

  9. Of the two, I'd say QPR is the in-form side, so it should be an away win for 'Arry's boys.

Unfortunately, QPR are really s**te. No pressing, Utd seem to have all the time to pass it around as they like. Christ, they're even making Jonny Evans look composed!..

    3-0 now....not even half time...

Sandro's time at QPR is looking to be a short one with how pants they are. What a waste.

QPR looking so lazy and wasteful with the ball, doesn't look like a Harry team.

    Falcao on!

This game (along with the one at whl) is proof that it was right to sell caulker and and not to buy him back imo...

Havent seen anything even vaguely good in his play tbh

He looks poorer every time I watch him play. Rio is obviously way past his best and QPR look destined for a long and difficult winter.

Pre season I thought Redknapp had planned well but it's turned out to be a mistake opting for the 352 which was flawed, bringing in Hoddle clearly hasn't worked either going by what's been said about his commitment so if I was Redknapp, I would put down the start as mistake and get back to basics before Pulis starts becoming favourite to take over.

Caulker gets the odd goal but as a defender nothing special, Rio has been past his best for a good 3 years now.

Should be interesting to see how much emphasis is put on QPR's **** defending today, as a lot was made of it when we beat them with an identical scoreline.
Something tells me that we're going to be hearing a lot about Man Utd being back to their best instead, though.

  20. Agreed, PNP.

The pundits are already rubbing their cocks over this. No one has yet mentioned that Spurs beat QPR by the same score-line with, arguably, a better display.

I think all today has proven is how bad QPR are, rather how good United have become.
