Don't like it get a new job!

I have friends who work for Goverment agencies and they get paid well above marker rate (when you consider their jobs are basically admin roles).

I do benchmarking exercises on market rates for the company I work for and I'm shocked at how much peopel in these sectors can get for basically inputting info into a database and taking phonecalls!

Just been out to laugh at the picket lines outside my work! Three fat pricks!

There are too many admin personnel in most government departments than front line personnel. I suppose that is to deal with the red tape you have to go through in anything remotely government related. If they want to make cuts, it is here they should start and not front line services. Just using the NHS as an example the amount of admin personnel is quite unbelievable when you consider the shortage of nurses and good doctors.
