Hmm, could have something to do with who the buyer was, or maybe the opening offer put her off coming to the table. But then my colleague said he found her quite difficult to deal with, my guess is that she wants to find her own buyer, someone she can trust to carry on her fathers legacy. Im told it's not that she has anything against the club, she just doesn't have a sustained interest in football and feels enough time has passed after her fathers passing to move on

So her going to games(even away ones) and looking happy and cheering when we score is just bullshit?

Being willing to sell doesn't exclude being happy when we score. If we're successful, we will maintain a good price. And if KL doesn't manage to find a suitable buyer, I suppose it feels better to own a successful company rather than a ****e one.

I was on about his friend saying she doesn't have a interest in football. I never said anything about willing to sell. As I have been told and said when all the craziness was happening on here. She is not opening looking to sell us, but would if a right offer came in. So basically we are the same as 99% of football teams.

I think that was 99% of the forum's perception of the situation before this thread came along, as well. It probably still is. :)

If i had no interest in the club I certainly wouldn't sit in the directors box both home and away and watch them play!!!
If she really does intend to sell it will be at a fantastic price after we finish 5th or 6th :emoticon-0105-wink:

I bet she secretly runs around the room with her shirt pulled over her head when watching MOTD!

Apparently, somewhere there is a photo [can't find it] of the reported leap-up from the Directors Box of the entire new Saints board, led by Katherina, when Nat Clyne scored our first league goal of this season. Must admit, I'd like to see that photo.

All I can add to the discussion apart from my earlier offerings is that to me personally she does not look like a person that wants rid. She attends a lot of away games and is present for most home games. She doesn't act as if no interest quite the reverse in fact in her mannerisms so who knows?

If I intended to sell and had no interest in the club, I would put it in good hands and never visit apart from essential board meetings. I accept that if a good offer came in, she might be tempted to change her mind...never say never...but I'm sure she has views on the type of buyer she'd sell to. I don't think money and money alone would influence her.
