Should Scotland be an Independent Country?

  • Yes

  • No

Results are only viewable after voting.
Realisation that the bullshit fed to them for years that England props up Scotland has been exposed as a sham is my guess, just hope the Jocks realise it.

Nothing to do with that at all.

I just think it's going to **** our economies up just at the point we are getting it back on track.

I'd also be less bothered if salmond at least told the truth and said I've no ****ing idea how this is going to work and it's quite likely we will have years of being ****ed up. If everyone then still decides to vote for independence then so be it.

On the plus side without the Scottish voters it will be pretty much impossible to have a labour government again which can only be a good thing..

Now it's the same old song
But with a different meaning
Since you been gone

Aye good luck with God knows how long of a UKIP/CONS Govt. Pull out of Europe I absolutely beg you.

What's so funny Dev. Fatso has no answers to the fundamental concerns of people living in Scotland.

It's funny reading the ignorant rantings of an Englishman who has clearly not been paying attention up until this point. Now that it actually looks as if we are going to vote for Independence some people seem to have an opinion on matters which should be of no concern to them.

There's the famous anecdote of Nikita Khrushchev visiting New York in the 1960's. As he was standing in Time Square looking at all the packed stores full of products and shoppers he asked his tour guide 'Can I meet the man who organises all this?' to which the tour guide responded that no one organised it, he had no idea how it worked as it just organised itself.

All the 'how will this and that work?' questions they are asking the Yes campaign are missing the point - there will be a million moving parts organising themselves once the environment changes. The question should be 'will there be a better environment for them to organise themselves?' and from my experience of living in smaller states they do create better environments because they can target niches (such as oil, finance, gambling!) and concentrate on local issues, rather than have their policies handed down from a one-size-fits-all distant government.

Why should it be of no concern?

The country we live in is about to be broken up because of some fat lying twat who has no idea how the **** he is going to make it work.

Well I have lived in Scotland for 46 of my 49 years on this planet.

The Yes vote is as poorly constructed as the No vote.

Neither can tell us what things will be like.

The latest poll has No ahead by 1 point. But I don't follow them or trust them. The one I saw said 23% were undecided.

If it is a No vote Scotland will be a battle zone mark my words. Look at the way the Yes campaigners have acted up until now. They will go absolutely mental if they lose the vote and target non Scots despite the fact plenty of Scots will have also voted No.
