No need provided one of the Mods attends, to make sure that there is no discussion of religion or politics, and that the swear-filter is working.properly<laugh>

Looks like plenty of us interested. Now, Jen, this is your idea, so pick a date at least a month away (so people aren't too booked up, ideally) and pick a location.

Don't discuss it or it'll take forever and whatever you do you are not going to please everyone. If we make it, we make it.

    Vin

Inviting a Pompey fan is quite extreme but a Leeds fans that could be a step to far... <laugh>

No, but part of my roots are Chilco.....My dear old Grandad was born and raised in Chilcompton before he moved to Newton Abbott in Devon.
He retained his love for the scrumpy and we used to beg him to play his Wurzels records everytime we visited him on holiday.
"With a gurt big stick I'll knock 'im down, Blackbird I'll ave 'ee"....:emoticon-0178-rock:......Great memories.

SO14 for me, smack in the centre of Southampton....I propose that the person who suggested it should buy the first round!
Should we unban Trixter and SB3 for the "banter"?....on second thoughts...Nah

If its before a home game for a beer, I'll definitely be in with mini FLT in tow.

Just pick the game after Newcastle and choose a pub; we can all meet at 12:30 - 13:00 and anyone who fancies eating can eat if they do food.

Edit: I'll be the one in the Saints shirt :)

I'm coming to the Newcastle game, and I usually go to the Royal Oak for lunch if anyone is heading that way?
