First of all i would like to congratulate Mr RAW, who has lost 17 pounds in 7 weeks...well done mate..
So the average footballer covers between 5-9 kms in a 90 minute game....not a lot really is it, for so called super athletes..Yet some still blow out of their arse, and some get cramp, even when they have the best food, training available..
How comes?

Do any of you take your fitness seriously?
RAW is doing well, i read that some walk long distances, some box...maybe some go to the gym, but do you take it serious, or just a past time, or maybe's just something to keep the old beer belly bay bay for now.
Are you a fitness fanatic, or like me, a reet lazy twat?
