I watched the Henley one on Sky Arts over the weekend and tbh some of it was bleeding awful

Mike and the mechanics - with Roachford, who sounded just like ermmm Roachford.

UB40 - minus Ali was a pisstake and the less said about The Thompson twin the better!

Holly Johnson did a good set though as did Howard Jones, Martha Wash and Marc Almond

Henley was the one we used to go to and this Macclesfield one is a new site added. Ive been to 3 now and pretty much seen all of theacts so wont be bothering for a couple of years I dont think.

It came around more of a joke to go first of all but we ended up getting engaged there so we've been back a couple of times

Marc Almond was good, Jimmy Somerville was. Holly Johnson was (seen him before) and as I said Midge Ure was as well. they were the stand out ones

I just find some 80's music interesting (from growing up then I think) and its not that im a massive fan of any of the pop ones really but its something to do

I do like festivals as well but doing the mad ones me and my mates did in our 20's, well those days are long gone now. Dont think my body could hack it!

I said before I fancied going, so I made a point of watching it to see what it was like.

The atmosphere looked great and it wasn't too busy - 20K I think was the capacity and it didn't look crammed.

We don't do camping though the Mrs just wouldn't have it, so if we go I'll have to get a mobile home or something.

Anyone else getting any sort of Virus Blocked message from the site?
It's intermittent, and it's when I'm logged in (so no ads).

They do the glamping there as well if your Mrs would be up for that

like I say I do like festivals as well but doing the mad ones me and my mates did in our 20's, well those days are long gone now. Dont think my body could hack it!

These festivals are a lot more chilled out but still a great atmosphere, just comes from everyone generally being older in the crowd I think

I was having a good laugh with loads of Mancs who were camped around my tent

Ive had it before, in fact ive had probs with this site and ended up having to put an ad blocker on

On my work laptop its fine but on my personal one is where I had the prolems. I have fully up to date working anti virus stuff though on my personal one so dont why I had probs

Just kept getting ads pop up and warnings when on this site. Since Ive scanned my com and it hasnt found anything and since ive put ad blocker on no problems *touch wood

Have you seen the cost of it?

The luxury package (which includes sheets and towels ffs) is £900, excluding the festival tickets!

No, but I occasionally get a thread blocked for "adult content" - and usually when I check thereafter with my phone on 4G I'm disappointed to find there is no adult content.

So ... I just got a pair of jeans from Tesco for £5!!!! Thought I'd give them a go for that price just for knocking round the house in. Longest leg they do is 34'' which I thought was a bit chancey but

It's back to me 501's then!

I got a perfectly good blue dress shirt from Kohl's once for 25¢ (that's what a little less than 20p). It wasn't wrinkle free... but for 25¢ I'm willing to get the iron out.

It apparently had been through several clearance cycles without being sold so kept get knocked down in price. Couldn't believe it, that they would knock it down so low. One of my nicer looking shirts.

Shirts is something else - I have to get non-iron these days because apparently if they're non-iron, you can wear them straight out of the dryer - ironing shirts is top of the domestic 'I don't do that' list - <laugh>

Did it fit?

Kohl means cabbage, btw.

Yup! Almost all of mine are wrinkle-free now. The few that aren't wrinkle free- I get them straight out the dryer and hang them immediately... that way they just have minimal wrinkles... I can deal with that- my work isn't too formal.

Did it fit?

Perfectly... it was my size! Best 20p I've spent on clothing!

/Kohl's is a big chain in the US... they're famous for marking things as 75% off- but they never were as much as they were discounted from (if you get what I mean) - that 75% off is what they always meant to sell it for- and their marked "original price" is usually 4 times higher than you'd pay elsewhere! <laugh>

How often do you spend 20p on clothing?
