Who does everybody think our number 1 should be?

After last seasons heroics my heart says Vito, but im also very impressed by the physical presence of Pantilimon. Hes got alot of natural ability aswell.

Its great to have 2 quality keepers, but im still on the fence.

It was touch & go mate but my sons had assumed I couldn't make it and arranged a family BBQ and match day piss up.

I'd have enjoyed meeting up but there'll be other chances.

I was at Birmingham and met up with some of the hoodlums from the 70's, still after the Zulus <laugh>

I'm up for Spurs and the Stoke cup match, keep in touch.

Lol, i bet that was good craic'. Im determined to do an away match this season.

Spurs might be doable, id better tie in with her in doors first.
 
Mannone is a steady keeper but he really does need to work on his ground crosses into the goal area as shown in the ManU goal last week. He drops to the floor rather than attacking the ball or the area it is going into which is the prescribed thing to do even if it is only to put any attacker off or give them something to contend with. He's big enough to make any player think about being hit by him.
 
I must say that I was very impressed with Pantillimon on Wednesday night, but Manone has done very little wrong so should keep his place for now..
