Excited by this potential signing. However, concerned about rumors of attitude, smoking and other habits. These guys get paid a whole load of dough to to what they do and in most cases deservedly so. Can anyone tell me if they have things written into their contract that focuses on items like this, and if so how much monitoring of said items takes place and how.

Know that when the max wage was 25 quid (pre Johnny Haynes) a week that no one was very concerned about having the odd drag and pint now and then, but, given the sums involved I am assuming, perhaps, naively that this is not the case now. And that drug and alcohol testing is the norm?
