Going back three or four weeks when I was told of the family issues that Leon had, I thought we would have had a statement from the club on the lines of 'compassionate leave' it makes more sense and is enough for the fans to understand, but you know old Jinx, he just loves the old smoke screen and mirrors!................

Leon Britton is a senior professional football player not a 15 year old girl. Even if he has 'personal problems' do you think he's going to be sitting in his bedroom sobbing to a Justin Bieber song? Work doesn't just stop when you have relationship problems. I'd guess probably 50% of footballers have personal issues and I bet playing is a welcomed relief to them. Leon has a knee injury that is why he is out injured.

Yes but Monk is in the mold of touchy feely Brenden Rodgers so therefore its good management to be caring and sharing . Brenden used to let his players take days off to see family away all the time, one of the reasons he was loved so much by Ash probably. Laudrup was a different kettle of fish and he didn't care for those kinds of things.
Personally, if Leon needs time off and Monk thinks thats the best way to manage it then fair enough .
I know exactly what the issues are with Leon, and nothing is made up as I have not given any details or info, and while he has an Injury issue, he also has other issues which I've stated are not for this forum, and I have only confirmed what others were alluding to, no one on this thread has discussed anything out of line, but your too stupid to know that, one day you might put your brain in gear, before engaging your big fat gob!..................

Yes I did suspect he was trying a fishing expedition, you are correct regarding Dai, thinks he is 'Mr Swansea City', though I like to think of him as Daiscouser..............
