Koeman says he's training "as before." If he's not, I assume it's because the club doesn't want him risking injury. At any rate, Koeman says he's fine with all of this. That's good enough for me.

I agree it is best for him to leave for both Boruc and Saints. But he has still acted like a idiot.

Ok, must admit that I don't do the Instagram thing, and only recently started on twitter. my brother in law is a rugby man who reckons that footballers are a bunch of overpaid prima donnas. Maybe he has a point.

He has been moaning on there for over a week. Doing jokes about the Titanic and the ice bucket challenge etc.

Ah, didn't see that bit. He must be training on his own then I would assume, to keep up fitness etc. Just disappointing in how he has acted off of the pitch though.

I don't get this reaction at all. He is trying to keep his international career going and it's entirely understandable that he would want to play first team football to help that. The manager understands that, and I think after taking the red and white tinted specs off, so can you, really.
It's not his fault that he has lost the jersey. The club bought a younger and hopefully better keeper. He is not one of those that I feel owe us anything, given what has happened.

Sorry, didn't mean to 'dislike' this post. While I understand he has personal achievements he wants to fulfil I still believe in professionalism (I know, silly me after this summer) and that he should fight for his place here. Still, it is what it is and there have been more painful exits this summer so I won't be too fussed. He's a great keeper but we have Forster now.

Ah, we Luddites miss so much! I knew that he had posted a lot of disgruntled stuff but it wasn't clear whether this was to do with the Celtic match at he time. I guess he has been more specific, now?

Yeah past few days he has dropped the not being clear part.

I've had a quick look at his Instagram and can't see what anyone is talking about. Certainly nothing there on the level of Schneiderlin's infamous tweet.

Should point out I don't really use Instagram so may have missed something?

If you look at the comments on one of his most recent photo's, he replies to a Saints fan that's saying we all want him to stay etc. Artur replies by saying something along the lines of "It's not about getting into the starting 11, I am now 5th choice, Good night".

He started of by making lil digs but not saying who he was having a pop at. He then openly started to reply to posters.

I don't see a problem with Artur moving. I wish he wouldn't, because a great keeper, but he has his international reasons. I think he could have squealed less about it. Most of the flack on here about transfers hasn't been about players actually leaving, it's in the manner of them going, or attempting to leave. Tbf, Artur hasn't squealed as loud as a few. If he goes I'll remember what a character and great stopper he was. As long as he doesn't squeal any more, that is.

When we signed him didn't he have a club so we gave him a chance to extend his international career. I also remember we signed him when the season had already started so it's possible that we hadn't signed nobody would have

Ron clearly doesnt rate him end of. We need a good back up KD cant last much longer. Lets hope Cropper can step up.

Boruc would be great for us as back up keeper, but can see that he doesn't want that position as he feels he should be number one and he has an international place to think of. However, don't agree with whinging in public. So best he moves on as I wouldn't expect him to settle back in like Morgan has. I am happy with Forster as number one as I think he is a more complete keeper than Boruc, but getting a decent number two keeper will always be a problem for teams outside the top 4 (who can pay the wages and give the kudos to make that position worthwhile). I have said before Gazza needs a loan to a lower league team that will give him the experience he needs.

I bet Les and the team are frantically looking for a slightly ageing but decent keeper who is out of favour in his own side or perhaps a good Championship keeper willing to be second in order to get to the PL. Tough with time running out.

We loved Boruc because he had flashes of brilliance and madness, but can see Ron would think we need a good keeper with a better overall game. SKD can probably give us a few decent games in an emergency if behind a strong defence. Gazza and Cropper are just not good enough for us.
