that is what the boruc fan club has been telling us and now artur apparently has stated it himself (though i can't find his mentioned posts). obviously only a lunatic would rate him 5th at the club on merit, so either he has done something to make himself persona non grata or the club are forcing him out for other reasons (which doesn't reconcile with the boruc fan club line that the club are desperate to keep him)

I think (if he can get a move) it will be on the continent. He would probably be second choice in the PL (unless the promoted sides need a keeper), Scotland sides aren't good enough, and he needs to be at a decent continental side to impress the Poland manager.
Legia Warsaw seems like the most obvious destination. They love him, he loves them. He's been very outspoken about the Celtic CL recently. Can see it happening, really can.
Artur, FFSSTFU and think how lucky you are. Actually, same message for any other bitching 'ballers whose sense of entitlement is tested.
Came across 2 surprising facts (well, surprising to me): we were middle of the pack for the number of shots we needed to score a goal, but were the worst for the number of shots the opposition needed to score against us. That explains why we did well against lower sides (who had fewer chances), but struggled against teams above us (when they sussed us out in season 2). Obviously an area we need to tighten up on...we were gung ho which made for an exciting season, but could be equally successful if our defence is tighter.
We shouldn't let Artur go until his replacement is guaranteed to sign on the dotted line. Time is running out.
If he's not even training withb the squad its clear he's surplus and we have to wave goodbye. KD now he's fit will be fine until the next windiow..
You wouldn't be saying that if Forster broke his hand. Super Kelv isn't Premier League standard and in my opinion even your back up goal keeper should be. I like Davis being there and I consider him a good person to have around but I wouldn't like to see him in anything other than cup games. I really liked the thought of having Boruc and Forster both but I don't blame Artur for wanting to move on.
Whilst not wanting SKD to play often, behind a good defence he doesn't scare me. However, he is past his sell by date (bless him), so wouldn't want him to play a run of games should Forster break a hand...must get someone else in. Remember as long as you have keepers on your books, you can't have an emergency loan if disaster strikes.
Well we will soon find out. If Ron doesnt bring another keeper in then he must have faith in Cropper to step up this season..
I can remember Campbell Forsyth breaking his leg against Liverpool in September 1966. We ended up panic-buying Dave McLaren, who was the worst goalie I have ever seen playing for Saints. SKD isn't that bad, but if something awful kept Forster out for more than a couple of games, we would be back in the doo-doo. If Artur has to go, and from what's been posted it's looking more than likely, we have to sign a better back up than what we currently have, and before the window shuts. If there were transfer windows in 1966, we wouldn't even have been able to buy McLaren! I suppose we could make a claim for an emergency loan, but with Kelvin and Gazza available we probably wouldn't be allowed one.
