Balotelli would seem like a slap in the face after Falcao rumours... Falcao always unlikely though.

Still prefer Bony over Balotelli for same price. Both good players but Bony has better hair and a better attitude.

If he becomes our player I'll support him as much as anyone, but I just think he'd be trouble, inconsistent and moody.
I was looking forward to a spell without controversy now that Gnasher's gone.

Pretty much how I feel as well, but the more I think about it the more I feel he'll do well for us.

Only thing that bothers me is the media obsession with the guy. I remember seeing a game that city were winning 3-0 at half time and he hadn't done a lot so they spent the 15 minutes analysis just talking about where his head is at, why he hadn't had many touches etc - f**k the goals and the rest of the team performing.

They wouldn't allow him to get his head down even if he wanted to IMO

Liverpool's shock bid for striker Mario Balotelli, 24, collapsed after AC Milan refused to sanction a 'good behaviour' clause in the deal, meaning Liverpool could send him back at any time

From BBC Gossip page - taken from faily star (deliberate mistake in spelling before anyone mentions it)

Manchester United are considering a shock bid for former Liverpool midfielder Xabi Alonso, 32, who currently plays for Real Madrid.

Surely he wouldn't.... would he? :(

I texted saint, gonzo and sky last night. My mate confirmed that we are trying to negotiate Balotelli on a loan, but Milan want a permanent deal. There's a lot of talking still needs to be done. I can post this as it's in one of the dailys today.

Here is the full story on the news that Liverpool have opened talks with AC Milan over a move for striker Mario Balotelli, Sky sources understand.

thats all it says and below his agent is flying to england.

Now that would suggest a fee is agreed with milan by some club in england at least.....

All of the above. Why would we want to disrupt what we're building here with a selfish lazy player who at times is completely useless on the pitch, when he doesn't play well we're down to 10 men he's that bad!

I'm f**ing well pissed off that this idiot is even considered.
