He is ****, always injured, newcastle fan & he isn't better than what we already got. I thought you sign players to improve? this isn't going to improve us sorry.
Not seen him play but a lot rate him so I can't say much about that. Played about 100 times in the last three years so I don't see how he's always injured. He's faster than what we've already got. Where did you see he's a mag, not seen that myself. With him being from Oldham I wouldn't worry too much, not likely to be a die hard. Colback always did his mediocre best for us. I'd give him a chance mate.
Seen the lad play & he isn't better than what we already got. he isn't faster than Mavrais so that kills that & there is no way he has played close to 100 times in the last 3 year's. I'll be shock if he has. I read it online about he support Newcastle but thats not pissing me off really. at the end of the day, we don't need him & he wont improve us.
107 times in his three seasons at Brighton according to Wiki. 35 games a season is decent for a crock mate. Him on one wing, mavrias on the other if we need pace. He gives us another option. Wait and see, he could come good.
He is very fast and I don't know for certain, unlike you apparantly, but I'd say he is much quicker than Mavrias. I see Brighton quite often and he has been their best player over the last couple of years, last season wasn't his best but give him a chance at least, if he pulls on the Sunderland top I'd expect everyone to give him your support.
I seen both play but I would say mavrias is quicker. I stand by what I said, he will not improve sorry.
Very shock with that like. He wont come good, just like Bridcock wont. both wasn't even the best players in the championship. I'll support the lad but we see in the long run who is right or wrong.
I think he has signed some stinkers but we agree to disagree on that one. I just don't see the point in this signing at all.
Not what I'm reading mate.... 'Take the cash before his hammies go ping again' 'What time shall I pick him up?' '2.5m you would bite their arm off' Plenty of comments saying he is very inconsistent and hasn't really performed for Brighton the last couple of years. http://www.northstandchat.com/showthread.php?306509-Will-Buckley-to-Sunderland-for-%A32-5M/page2
I'm sure he is being signed as a squad player! We have getting rid of Karlsson and on the verge of getting Buckley! I'm expecting that being an improvement, however we shall see! We cant always buy players who will vastly improve us, sometimes you have to make signings just to make the numbers up! I understand Poyet got the best out of him at Brighton, he knows the player well, maybe he will get the best out of him here too! I can imagine him being a good impact sub when we need to inject alot of pace in the last 20 minutes whilst everybody elses legs are tiring!
