Tried a new night before footy diet approach tonight. Usually have have a take away or fast food but gone for three grill steaks tonights instead. Had mustard on one, tomato sauce on the second and a hot and spicy formula on the third

TBF, I don't give a **** about what I eat, I just get what I fancy. However, there is a bit of a joke with the footy lads that I always play better when I've eaten junk food so we refer to it as my footy preparation

Off to watch my lad play footy again, final of the Welsh Super Cup which is something set up by Ian Rush who is supposed to be there today. Selfie with Rushie may be posted later.
