Tried a new night before footy diet approach tonight. Usually have have a take away or fast food but gone for three grill steaks tonights instead. Had mustard on one, tomato sauce on the second and a hot and spicy formula on the third
That;s a good amount of protein and grilled is quite healthy, if you ditched the sauces even better - full of bad sugars and additives but you're probably not that arsed. I'd have them plain and not that often as white meat/fish is a bit healthier.
Correct, couldn't give a **** about eating habits etc Didn't want them plain and basically couldn't be arsed to cook anything else

Nope, just had all three on a plate with sauce on. Only had six slices of bread in the house and I wasn't allowed them, apparently that's the mrs' (nm) and kids breakfast in the morning. If I'd known I'd have gone shopping earlier
