Thought we'd better have one of these, deal may be sorted this weekend. I'm sure he'll provide decent backup in midfield, and he brings the immense benefit of enabling the departure of you-know-who. Thoughts?
Should be fine in a squad role. Troublesome if he's being planned as an important first teamer. Either way it seems as if we've swapped someone who was never going to pull on the shirt again for someone who can at least contribute in some fashion so it's a positive move.
For the benefit of Saints fans everywhere... It's Taïder not Tadier. And it's pronounced, Tie-dare. Not Tay-derr. I feel like I've done my bit.
The comments on this article, presumably from English Inter fans, suggest he could be a good player if coached properly, some of the seem quite upset about his leaving: http://www.sempreinter.com/2014/08/...-to-southampton-on-a-loan-with-right-to-buy/?
It's another recruit to join Ron's revolution and I hope Dani is a huge success at Inter (if only so we can be shot of him for good!)
As I said the other day, he moved too early and then with the ownership changes and changes to the footballing side of the club, he got sidelined.
Glad there is an option to buy. Think loans are pointless for us without them. Reports have said the Osvaldo move is not linked but I think it's too much of a coincidence and if he was the best player we could get from Inter and he is another centre midfielder then so be it.
He's a good player I'd say he is a slightly better version of Cork. Good tackler, good engine, good mobility. Much quicker than Cork. I think he will be a good signing.
Taider will be a very good signing, perfect fit for the way we play. Has the wonderful ability to keep possession of the ball. Can pass, tackle and will run all day. I've not seen a great deal of Schelotto and seems a bit of a strange one. He is thought of as a winger but has also played right back, so may be coming in as an option to cover for Clyne as well. Campagnaro, if true, would be a very good signing. He may be old but with his know how he would be a big improvement on Hooiveld and Yoshida. Was brilliant for Napoli a year or two ago and was brought to Inter when manager Mazzarri made the switch. Would have thought he was on a fair wage so seems unlikely.
