To be Fair, spider has a point.....why let all the others go, yet stop him? The other thing that is not going for him is that he is not English. As there is a premium at the moment for good English players. He isn't quite the player yet to get a good premium price all though he must be close. Lovren was but we still insisted on a decent price even though he was not English, else he would not have gone either! Jayrod though will not yet bring in a premium price either but next year....maybe in the January window...who knows.
 
Morgan was told no by Ronald and co at the weekend. Today Krueger made that stance public.

Morgan went to the stadium with two reps and was told "no" again by Les et al. Aaaaand now he's moaning.
 
Ahhh diddums Morgan someone nicked ya ball. Get a grip man,man up and fulfill your contract you quite happily signed.

The point is simple. The club could afford to lose them but can't afford to lose him. LK and LR have to put the club first - not the players.

The reason that English players cost more is their homegrown status; big teams struggle to field enough players to meet the quota. Morgan is, I believe, considered homegrown owing to when we acquired.

He needs to avoid talking to his friends who have left...they will just reinforce his sense of grievance. Needs to get some decent advice and keep his head down, do his best, redeem himself with the fans and perhaps try again next season. Or (you never know) he may actually enjoy it here.

No idea. I'm at the stage where I could quite happily see us ruin Morgan's career and not give a ****.

They want to go because the two bosses who gave them 'the project' have gone. Just so happens bigger clubs with European football and £££ want them.
 
The cheese eating surrender monkey can leave any time he wants to as far as I am concerned. My ST is currently sitting in the out tray, I am getting totally disillusioned with football, full stop.
