I read either on here or saintsweb that someone had seen Morgan with 2 guys in suits walking into SMS.....I thought that was a wind up, about 5 I read that post.
No. Put yourself in his position. The strop is bad form but understandable. But I believe Morgan is okay and the team will bring him round eventually.
F**king Chambers is the one we should of made an example of. Knuckle down you little scrote...you've been developed by this academy for last 12 years you ungrateful little c**t...22 appearances and you want to fu*k off.... f..k off out my office and have a little think while your training on your own. The message our future prospects in our academy are getting, Arsenal is the next stage of their development after a handful of games.
Hopefully once we've signed a few more players and he's calmed down he'll realise it's not the worst thing in the world to stick around for another season. Or at least until Jan, though I'm completely against selling key players in January. Newcastle sold Cabaye and never recovered after that.
I hope you are right, I want a hard working player. Acting professionally. After all he gets paid a lot.
Do you think Morgan has been advised that following the "no" at the meeting, he should post some **** on Twitter to help make his place untenable and ultimately get him moved on? Seems to be what other players have done, one way or another. Hopefully we've toughened up to that one and no means no - he either puts the effort in to be part of the team or he sits on the sidelines twiddling his thumbs.
Hey, I'm with you, he's the one I personally would have been pushing to keep. However he drew a good free, was somewhat non-essential right now and wanted the move. Clearly these guys don't want to take no for an answer and I think keeping the 'Morgans' in the squad to a minimum is probably a good thing overall.
The reason I'm not as mad at the moment is because he has been here 6 years, fair enough, where as Lovren had been for only 1 year. BUt to also act like that, when we thought there was more to him, is disgraceful.
Has to be. He's one of only two senior players who's acted with dignity and has the qualities of a captain. Steven Davis a close contender.
Kreuger's rise is the greatest since Lazarus. Who would have thought this morning that he would be more popular than Morgan this evening
Haha this is all so hilariously over dramatic I can't wait to see what happens next. Not that I watch it but the dramas surrounding ridiculously rich young people reminds me of Made in Chelsea! The whole summer has also been a lesson in how to make people hate you using social media.
Sad thing is I suspect he would claim it is to aid his French International career - but Tottenham aren't even in the UCL.
That's why I added the captain bit on the end. Other players have been good, but I think Fonte and Davis are more captain-like than the rest, if ya get me?
