for those who've no clue what the lads are on about APPEAL - NOT OUT - Ind 105-3 Oh dear! That's another umpiring mistake, and this time it's India who benefit as Moeen Ali gets one to grip and turn and the ball tickles the glove of Ajinkya Rahane on its way down the leg side to the wicketkeeper. Not out, says Rod Tucker. Replays show it was. There is no DRS in this series, remember. lifted right off bbc feed. england had how many go their way yesterday?
Well ping pong ball is ok but if it had been a cricket ball would the seam have been wobbling... critical question here.
That would be excellent. We'll be doing well to get more than one more before 200 though, I feel. And the tail can wag, especially against England. Still, going ok so far.
156/4 is very very good on this wicket so if you see it that 53 overs of this ball are gone there's another 26/7 of the ball then the new ball will be into them. I think 300 would be an amazing take but I can see england batting again tomorrow seeing around 400 then declaring with bowlers having their feet up.... in an ideal perfect world.
I would also like another 2 wickets before 300. Anderson is bowling beautifully and Jordan has settled down a bit.
200 or 300 (previous posts referred to 200)? 200's starting to look unlikely given that they're on 174. 2 more before is presumably a minimum requirement if we want to win.
210/5. i thin kthats good.... rememebr they are way behind so now the follow on starts nagging and a bit of panic might set in, or total negativity which dries up runs which add more pressure.
