The official reason hasn't been given, the cover is paperwork and the real reason will be medical but an agreement will be made not to disclose info, just like when you go to drs, your medical records are strictly confidential. No one is allowed to go blurring that stuff out as it's private and as you say, could damage Remys future employment.

Plenty of players have failed medicals over the years. Demba Ba with his supposed cheese straw knees for one.

At the end of the day it's down to subjective opinion and management of risk.

Club a) might decide that the issue is bad enough that it creates a risk that isn't worth taking, but club b ) might conclude that they're happy with it as their medical advice might be slightly different and their risk factor considered less.

It's not an exact science.
