If he can't go on a charity event with a club because it is an official club event- can he be present at an official unveiling since it is an official event? To me sounds like a bit tangled.

If they sell football magazines at the bookstall then even the airport is off limits. No, there's only one place that's completely football-free and always vacant; depends on whether Kenwright will let them use their trophy cabinet.
