    I've had a blood test, then car broke down, so I've rode my bike to polyclynic for x ray. And I still have a shift at work to do! Roll on midnight so I can ride home (no car!) and watch the recorded football.

    That sounds like a lot of effort.

    In other news, my breakfast triple consisted of an egg and bacon sandwich, a bacon and sausage sandwich and a bacon, egg and sausage sandwich.

    Never realised. It's not 'Tales of Temping' from Joe, but there you are.

    Chris Froome out of the TDF. Fell off twice and can't carry on. Should have used stabilisers.

    I bet Sky wish they had taken Wiggins along now.
