It was set to be a great match last night, with destiny appearing to favour Brazil, and questions rising about the ability of a Germany side who, despite demolishing Spain and recently beating Franz in the Quarter finals, people didn't think were Jerry good. However, it was not a fairy tale for the host nation as Brazil crumbled at their footballing Bastien. Their defence and attack both appeared on the Fritz and Germany must have thought 'Jurgen to have to do better than that' before putting all Hans to the pumps. There was Adolf in class apparent between the two sides, as Germany slowly started to turn the Weiss, and Axel in tearing through Brazil's lightweight barriers. Brazil teams are usually like strong cigarettes that overwhelm other teams, but, now, the shoe was on the Otto foot, as this side was not Sigurd and more like a Lothar version of the Gert teams of yesteryear.
Glad we never got him as manager, and that pre and post Moyes, but you got hand it to Jose selling Luiz for 50 mill We all know PSG have money to burn, but that has to not just the rip off of the year, but possibly the rip off of the decade
They probably will, Matt. It'll be a damn sight closer as a match than last night. But, then again, what game wouldn't?
Luis truly dreadful as was Marcelo postioning. At least they tried a little. Ferdandinho's performance has to be the worst I have ever seen at this level. Scolari should have played 433 parked the bus, put Rambo on Kroos And hoped for set Piece winner
That's what happens when people put effort and invention into a post. The less-creative find ways to pick at something they couldn't emulate, even if they wanted to.
Official XI: Cillessen, Kuyt, Blind, Vlaar, De Vrij, Martins Indi, De Jong, Wijnaldum, Sneijder, Robben, Van Persie
Can't help but think if the USA pulled a win out against Belgium we could be in the final. Argentina have been poor and the Dutch haven't looked that great since the group stages.
