Do we really need to know their exact responsibilities? Is it really that important that the fans need to know?

It's important that the supporters are happy. If giving Krueger a different title that indicates he has nothing to do with the football side of business (regardless if he does or not) then they should do it. What's in a title?

Yes, it's silly but since it makes no material difference in what actually happens internally then it's a simple way to generate a bit of goodwill. There's going to be a decent chunk who bash the club/regime/Krueger no matter what, but there's seems to be enough unrest from the general base of fans that it might help a little bit.

The fans are only uneasy because of the departures of Cortese followed by Pochettino which has caused a lot of uncertainty regards the future commitment or lack thereof of our owner. The only way the owner and/or directors can really respond is with actions over the summer rather than words imho. Just hope the majority of the sensible fanbase give them time to get through the sticky period rather than getting on their backs whatever they do.

Don't know why but I'm feeling strangely positive that it will be a good summer that will improve us even if we do 'lose' Shaw (I mean it's hardly losing him if we decide we don't value him at £30m and replace him with someone like Martins Indi for £8-10m is it). If we do that I'd guess we've got c. £50m after that to buy 4-6 others that will massively improve the squad overall.

Yep, a Hendrix song for me. One of the rare occasions where the cover absolutely outstrips the original.

They are very rare indeed. The Jimi version is just sublime. I could also mention Joe Cocker doing "With a Little Help From My Friends", and Brian Ferry's version of "Jealous Guy" as his tribute to John Lennon.

Am I the only person who prefers the Dylan version? I guess people would be more aware of it if it was more available on the internet!

The Dylan version is great, but I just don't think it's as great as the Hendrix one :)

So many people don't realise that things like Adele's biggest hit are Dylan songs. It's odd and mildly funny.

EDIT - I should say 'one' of her biggest hits, anyhow - Make You Feel My Love.

Like the Dylan version.
Like the Hendrix version.

But this one is my favourite. (please don't hurt me, I have a wife and kids)

Great cover versions that added something different to the original:

I Fought The Law, Pressure drop and Police & Thieves - The Clash
Mr Tambourine Man, All I Really Want To Do and Turn, Turn, Turn - The Byrds
Stop Your Sobbing - The Pretenders
Tainted Love - Soft Cell
Respect - Aretha Franklin
Shipbuilding - Robert Wyatt
Reason To Believe - Rod Stewart
The Band Played Waltzing Matilda and Dirty Old Town - The Pogues
