Isn't Tommy Faroese? If so, I'd be more ashamed of this...

Why is your username written in Anglo-Saxon runes? You do realise English is a perfectly acceptable language for you to use when wishing to display/convey your loyalty to England and the English people?

Facebook in general (regardless of topic) is far too full of stuff like Happy said. **** like "Like this if you hate rape/ignore if you want your mum to be raped." Who the **** actually makes this **** and what do they hope to achieve by getting several likes or shares?

I don't know much about this Britain First lot and haven't seen them on Facebook (clearly I'm in less racist friend groups than you lot ;)) but one thing I will say is I'm finding it a bit irritating hearing people with no prior interest in politics going on about UKIP all the time as if they know what they're on about. I don't know anything about their policies and I think the same goes for a lot of people, but people just like regurgitating stuff to sound intelligent. That goes for both sides.

That makes my bloodboil. What do people get from posting pictures of serious ill children for likes and shares.

They're not Anglo-Saxon runes. I was messing around and I didn't think it would work, but it did. I will change it after the 21 days elapse. Does it bother you?

Is it just me whose browser can't actually read it? Just comes up as squares for me...

EDIT: Huh, works fine in Firefox. Just Chrome can't read it then.

I was born there and have family there, but my close family is British/Irish. The whale/seal murdering thing is also bang out of line.

The comment about being ashamed to be associated with the country comes from people who claim that the way they act is patriotic and represents the 'english way'. If I went to another country, id hope to be treated better than some of the immigrants to this country.

Bit irrelevant but I've got a Polish mate who thinks one of the funniest things about the British is our obsession with not offending people from other cultures. He can't understand when people say things are racist all the time, like we do as a joke on here.

Our media, our government and our people are probably the most politically correct in Europe.

I know someone would be supportive of British First. The trouble is that he gets patriotic over events like the DDay landings. He just fails to get it. he thinksmthat the lads died to keep British British, nothing to do with us stopping the country falling into the hands of people like him.

Britain is a country where millions of people put Nigel Farage in the same bracket as Adolf Hitler.

May the Lord have mercy on us all.

It might be a bit of a sweeping statement, but that Britain First page has 443,000 people following it and thats just people who have Facebook. So goodness knows how many other people there are out there who agree with them. The problem is that people with less than two brain cells are easily led and things like this often appeal to those who like things spelled out easily for them.

So democracy only works for those who adhere to nice and fluffy liberal politics? One of the teachers at college is always trying to get young people into politics, I asked him "what if they band together and form far-right groups?". His face went blank.
