Hey Ian, I know how ya' feel mate. I've just returned from a South Pacific cruise where In dropped a lung. They stuck a tube in my chest to drain the air and re-inflated the lung. When we docked, it was another week in hospital. lol. All the best mate.
Brockfield very rarely runs poor with allen on board so the drop in class , first time visor and a decent distance at a favourable track looks promising . Throw in 8s and im more than happy ew
I managed to get cypruss grove in double figures this morning looked a value ew , just checked the odds and im not the only one that thinks so !
Fancy giving the bookies some more of my money today, doing a e/w lucky 15 at Nottingham 2-45 Keep Calm 9/1 3-15 Argent Touch 14/1 3-45 Steel Rain 25/1 4-45 Rocksee 12/1
Ian and Cyc - glad to hear you're both on the mend. Jeeeeessus Cyc a collapsed lung is no laughing matter mate - hope everything is OK now
Thanks for the kind words gents. I'm on the mend, but it will probably be another month before I ready to ride trackwork. It's just going on for 9pm here and I'm about to hit the sheets. If the wife wants the business, she'll be the one in the saddle. Hope she keeps me on a loose rein.
Ian and Cyc, wish you both a speedy and full recovery. Cyc, doesn't sound as though there's bugger-all wrong with you at the moment?
Gorgeous looking filly Nass. Tell me, does she look as good in the flesh? No love for my selection today and out to 6/1 so I hope you have all got on Bob's rather than mine. As my missus always likes to tell me though.....the horse doesn't know its drifting! Badger, I am a GALIWAY fan also, time it stepped up to the plate though!
i'm hoping dixie highway can take 4.10 at listowel @9/2 after catching the eye on his previous run.hissaabaat looks interesting in the following race and with the weld stable in such good form of late represents good ew value at 7s.good luck to all who play today
Afternoon all. I'm a big fan of the prix de jockey club and today I fancy Shamkiyr. Trainer and jockey know how to win the race and those of you who know of my obsession with a previous champion will know i'm taken by the breeding a tad! Got 10s last night so let's see how it pans out. Good luck everyone.
Good to here you had a good break stick ! I'm hoping the bookies pay for my break as they normally do unwillingly it could be worse on the football side you could follow the villa lol
I'm gonna take on the Haggas hotpot Mubtaghaa in the opening maiden at Nottingham, with Godolphin debutant Emirates Challenge, 7/1 generally. Meanwhile, over at Chantilly, the draw and the trip might be enough to shut out Poulains winner Karakontie. It's not hard to envisage horrible traffic problems as Pasquier will probably have to drop him in way back amongst a mass of bodies, or else travel wide the whole way. Nonetheless, I'll have a very small e/w bet on him, and another on Dante winner The Grey Gatsby.
