Apparently there is an England match on tonight, against Peru.

Hopefully a chance for England to give a decent account of themselves before jetting off. In saying that, we'll probably play **** and scrape a 1-0.

It'll be the most turgid, uninspiring and boring game leaving us with little to no hope. These games are always the same.

    GTF.

Heavy impressive win raising hopes before turgid, uninspiring and boring Group games in Brazil.

To be fair there has been no buildup whatsoever, so I'm not surprised if a lot of people don't even know we're playing.

Only found out this morning. Having just had a week off, me and the missus filled our time by watching all 75 episodes of Breaking Bad for the first time. I'm going with 2-0. To us.

The team tonight is the likely starting eleven for the Italy match.

Which is going to be played in the middle of the tropical rainforest, on the equator.

With this in mind I expect the team to take the pitch wearing 7 fleecy layers, with a kagool on top.

Plus gimp masks, with restricted breathing nozzly things. (Available at all good branches of Pulse and Cocktails. (Apparently).

And parrots flying about the stadium.

    And sloths on the pitch.

The world Cup - It's all about which teams prepare the best.

We've won the last 6 World Cup warm-up games.

I think no matter what happens in International football people just moan.

Apparently he's out, as are a few others for them.

I like the Peru kit, the white one with the red diagonal stripe, so will be watching the game purely for that reason.

Indeed. I'm glad we binge viewed it the way we did. Although it was pretty intense and resulted in tears and a massive row over who was to blame for the whole sorry outcome. I say Jesse, she says it's all down to Walt.
