honestly mr plum, i'm on your page, there's more important things in life exactly. it's a bank holiday weekend and the sun is,..um, well it's a bank holiday!
Alan Bowkett talking about the appointment to Chris Goreham. https://audioboo.fm/boos/2196702-norwich-city-chairman-alan-bowkett-adams-is-the-right-man
Now McNally explaining the technical director's role they hope to appoint next week. http://www.pinkun.com/norwich-city/...rwich_city_s_new_technical_director_1_3615028
IMO, they realise they've made a massive ba115-up as far as the majority of fans are concerned and now they're trying to 'smooth troubled waters'. It isn't going to work I'm afraid!!!
Agreed. I think yet again they have completely misjudged the situation. Further strained relations, continued negativity. Amateurs. I'm beginning to worry more and more about Bowkett.
like lots of fans i am slightly underwhelmed and dissapointed by this appointment. but adams is in place now,and all we can do is get behind him and the team. hopefuly he can prove us all wrong
Bowkett was certainly condescending but he made the right noises. I don't want Neyul to be sacked unjustly (or at all, if he does a good job), but he seemed to be saying that the club expects promotion and they will do whatever it takes to achieve it. Finally a sign of some ambition.
Oh that's so funny, we looked everywhere apart from France. He is certainly condescending. I definitely heard "prudently", ITS BACK!!!!!
It's the "People criticised us for sacking Gunn and bringing in Lambert" line that get's me. It just reeks of arrogance.
I don't recall anybody saying that. There were plenty who criticised giving the job to Gunn in the first place, that I know was true. I also remember Wynn Jones "we do know what we are doing" line as well, as they scuttled off looking like rabbits in the headlights. They genuinely couldn't see why people thought they were incompetent. The longer this goes on the worse it is looking I'm afraid. Wait and see who arrives player wise, it only takes one bad transfer window to destroy a team, its easily done.
The transfers, who is staying/going are the last optimism I have at the moment as to how we will fare in the coming season. Not going to hold my breath though based on how things are unfolding.
