I love Neeyul Adams, don't get me wrong, think he's a top bloke, but I just don't understand this, I really don't.

If we'd won two or three of the last five games then yes, but we didn't, we picked up one point and I'm afraid I didn't see an enormous amount of improvement on the pitch.

I'm behind him 100%, but I can't help thinking it's a gamble we didn't need to take.
 
I think we can reasonably make the assumption that at least one other candidate turned us down
 
Let's hope he's got a bloody good backroom team behind him, and our technical director brings a wealth of experience. Keeping our top scouts is going to be a necessity too, as I can't see Adams having a lot of knowledge for transfers. He knows the championship as of 3 years ago, and the Prem.

Don't feel too happy about this, nothing against Neil at all but was that really the best we could do?

We have to all get behind the team now but my initial reaction is ffs!
 
Look like our club is satisfied with staying in the Championship as this lacks ambition to me. Massively underwhelmed. Good luck to Neil though, I've got nothing against him, but I was just expecting so much more.
 
7-1 defeat at home to Wolves, then a proper appointment?

McNally spends Monday's interview saying how we're going to be "best in class" in sports science, data analysis, etc. Did he (or rather the board...) not think a "best in class" manager might be a decent place to start?

5 games in charge yielding a solitary point (which wasn't achieved playing decent football...), and now he's in charge of what may be a major rebuild?
 
Seriously underwhelming decision, everyone outside of Norfolk will be having a good chuckle at little ol narich! Now I know we weren't in the interviews but I cannot fathom how there could not of been someone who; wanted the job, was more qualified, more probable to get us promoted.
All that said, he loves the club did well with the youth and now appointed, has my backing at least until it starts looking like the car crash I suspect we all half expect.
IAWT, in Delia and the board maybe not!
