Looks like there's a price hike coming later this week...

Why is it. These new prices are bang in line with average PREMIER LEAGUE prices we were paying CHAMPIONSHIP prices.
We are paying PREMIER LEAGUE football so we need to pay PREMIER LEAGUE prices.

You clearly don't like the idea of paying the going rate and wanted our chairman to subsidise you so I assumed you didn't like paying the going rate for petrol and wanted someone to subsidise you on this as well.

Holding back on price increases for the previous 2 or 3 seasons makes this a big jump all at once. Talking about 30% being better than 50% which was a possibility is like asking if you want to be kicked in 1 of your ball or both.

It's not really shrapnel though is it when people have got families to support! If I had only myself to consider then the price increase wouldn't be an issue, but I have got a mortgage to pay and 4 kids to support - lucky for me they all support Forest so I'm not having to consider 4 additional passes.

But there are people who post on here, as well as all around the KC who have 1 or 2 adult passes and a couple of kids passes - they've got hit the most in terms of the outlay. He's pricing people out of going to watch City whether he likes to admit it or not.

It's a bit blaze (sp) to come on here saying 'I don't care how much it costs and I'm doing this and I'm doing that' - there are plenty of people who are not in the same position as you.

Maybe some might have to cancel their sky sports subscriptions, that is if watching Man U v Liverpool isn't more important to them than watching City live. Get rid of sky sports and that money funds the £100 increase on 3 passes - which no one will be forking out anyway.

It's not a massive increase for anyone but the unemployed, but I think it's safe to say they won't be season ticket holders anyway.

My neighbour & his wife are East Stand passholders, with their two 17 year old student sons, they are now facing an annual increase of £324

I know at least two season ticket holders who are unemployed. Both of their families struggled over the last 4 years to find the money for the pass. But your ok so that's alright.

A 37.5 hour week on minimum wage - which loads of people in Hull are on - pays less than £1200 a month.

Not far off half a months wages to watch football? Hell of a commitment.

I'm lucky I'm still in the 16-22 category or I wouldn't be going next year.

But let me guess, you're planning on renewing your Sky World HD Multiroom package as well as paying for the increased season ticket and all European Games so everyone else can get to **** yes?!

Such a narrow minded view!

There is now way they are getting that £60M+ back.
Not a bloody chance as no one will pay it and we can't keep increasing the debt as we are.

There are many ways for the debt to disappear. Use the gate receipts and the TV money to repay it over the next 10 years or so, that's one less player a season we buy. Reduce the debt by £20 or £30 million and sell the club. Whichever way he does it means he'll have paid exactly £1 for Hull City's shares, significantly less than the rest of us.

I agree we can't keep increasing the debt but £1.5 million from season ticket holders isn't going to make a very dent in the debt.

Truly pathetic from the Allams.

Might have to give the pass up & just do away matches next year.

What a load of crap you write Golaccio. It's people like you who complain about this that and the other that might just turn the FA's heads and back Allam to change the name to the Hull Tigers. We need to strengthen the squad this season coming and we can't expect the Allam's to consistently keep dipping into their wallets without raising revenue from tickets. The Allams have got us into the Prem, FA Cup final, Europe, and a fantastic manager. It is now time for the supporters who have the opportunity to buy season's tickets to get behind the club and support them. The Hull City til we die group had a good victory against the Allams and it is now time for them to show their support and buy their season's tickets so we can generate enough money to get the players we need to move up the table and not down.

CTWD will be happier when the club confirms that having increased pass prices by 30%, the name change nonsense will now be dropped.

So are the away fans moving into the north east corner, ie. part of the north and part of the east, or they all going into the east leaving the whole north stand for City?

I haven't got sky and don't give a **** about Man U or Liverpool , also I had a season ticket one season when I was unemployed

It's easy to make assumptions when you know **** all

I'm not being funny but people claiming benefits shouldn't have season tickets at a PL football club ffs.

The state funding of season tickets is a step too far.....

I'm still not clear about this, the plans looked like the away fans were just being moved into E1-E3, but I don't think that's 2,500, so it might also include N7.

I really struggle to understand how an unemployed person, can afford to eat, never mind buy a season pass.

Yeah maybe. There's disabled blocks either side in N6 and E4 so whether they incorporate one of them into the away end who knows. I suppose there will be segregation issues.
