Ripped from SSN............. Skysports.com understands that Ashley Young has undergone a medical at Manchester United and could complete a switch to Old Trafford by the end of the week. The Aston Villa winger's representatives held talks with the Premier League champions earlier this month and personal terms were agreed before he jetted off on holiday. He is now thought to have had a medical and is expected to finalise a five-year deal with United, who are hoping to make an announcement by the weekend. Young's future has been the subject of intense speculation for some time, with a series of sparkling performances last season reportedly attracting the interest of several clubs. As well as starring for England on several occasions, he continued to enhance his reputation with Villa during an impressive campaign. Young's fine form could not help Villa finish higher than mid-table and he admitted at the end of the season that he wanted to play in the UEFA Champions League. The 25-year-old now looks set to get his wish with Manchester United set to win the chase for his signature. That's the first of Judas' supply men on the move......What a shame
One I called ages ago. Expected it earlier though. If SAF keeps Hernandez and Rooney fit I can see quite a few goals.
We just need Downing to hop off to Liverpool then i will ****ing howl at Bent. 'just imagine the service i'm gonna get here.....' Have that Darren you greedy ****ing prick, i hope Bruce's daughter gives you the clap. WE ARE SUNDERLAND.
Ive said it once and Il say it again...i seriously fancy those buggers at Villa Park to go down this forthcoming season..Bent must be crapping himself..especially seeing that the Merseyside Press today are pushing the Downing to Liverpool Story goodstyle, rumours down here that hes even had his medical at Mellwood
I don't know what you've all got against that nice Mr Bent. Oh, yes I've just remembered he's a mercenary s***e! Man U with Young, Rooney, Hernandez plus keeping Owen and Berbatov wants to stay? Can we PLEASE buy Wellbeck now, Sir Alex?
I don't think they'll go down but they'll drop like a stone. They'll get the money and HAVE to spend it wisely. If they don't replace Downing and Young then they'll be solely reliant on Bent's goals but then again......where will the service be?? .........Old Trafford and Anfield apparently...
