    haha nah mate, all the one's from my year will no doubt be gracing it tonight but I'm back in Co. Durham and can't go out to celebrate tonight 'cause I've gotta be up getting rabies injections at 9 tomorrow morning (results weren't meant to be out 'till tomorrow)...Gunna get destroyed tomorrow night though!

    congrats, i got a 2:1 as well back in the day. Proper degree that, people who get 1sts are brainiacs with no ability to work well with others!! thats what i hear anyway. 2:1 means you can hold your drink and still get a good mark.

    pity the thora hurds.

    I resent that comment! I got a first (it's not helped me at all since as I don't want to go further with it), but I drank atleast 3 times a week. It did help that most of my work was group based...pick the best group, get the best grade :)

    Yeah I know what you mean though, everyone else who got a first didn't go out much. One lad was fuming that I got a first and he didn't becuase he worked his bollocks off...he could have had mine if he had asked, I wasn't too bothered.

    Hmm, ditto here wierdly, i had to do an extra year after dropping my honours (too much of the green/booze/skirt) but came back to get a 2:1, que mightly pissed off coursemates. didnt help much that i barely changed my antics, just my revision technique (i.e. do some).
