I don't think Adam necessarily knows he is going, but he sees it as a strong possibility and got himself all tied up in his tenses. Let's hope he does a Gerrard and does a U-turn.

I think he is probably in 'the Le Tissier scenario'. Stay where you are loved and the team is built around you, or progress to win trophies and further international recognition?

Le Tiss went with his heart and stayed. It'll be interested to see what way Adam goes.

It wasn't quite "I'll always remember my time here", think his exact words were "I've had some great memories here", which is slightly awkward and I agree that the "pushing on with the club" bit seemed like an afterthought.

Maybe he just doesn't know what is coming, and it sounded like he is prepared for either scenario. If he is to leave though it will be with a heavy heart I think (and of course I hope he stays).

You don't have to think. If you still have the link up, [I do] you can just push the pointer back and re-watch anything from the broadcast.

OK, don't bother:

I didn't see or hear what he said, just chuckling at the thought that you think we have as much of an idea as him as to what's happening :)

Go ahead. A lot depends on other factors though. Whether Pochettino and other players stay, whether the club accept an offer for him... if he knows those things for sure then he's probably the only one. I don't think he'd force a move, but there are circumstances under which he might go. I really doubt he's 100% decided either way though.

To me he sounded 50:50. He wants to stay, but needs to know its the right thing (for him not us!). It was a "I love you guys and i don't want to go, but I may".

FTIW I think he may just stay for one more season - but's lets hope he lives up to England's expectation and we flop out of the group with 0 points...

Lallana responds to the tough question at 1:54:20...

Thanks TSS, I tried but it said the video was private. Did make me wonder what you'd posted; something from your 'collection?'

Have another go.

Basically, I forgot to publish the video, so it worked for me, but nobody else. Should work fine now. Apologies. :)

I notice DTLW used his noggin as well, but didn't bother to record the special minute of info.

Thanks DTLW, just watched it. I have to say that watching the bit about Ricke and being in the England squad and then that last question, I don't know what the fuss is about. I'm not saying he's not going but that little bit didn't come across as a reason to press the depression button. I thought he handled it quite well and certainly didn't see that as any sort of farewell speech/answer.

I'm chilled now.

PS Beefy, call off the kidnap for now.

Actually sounded a bit better the second time #hopespringseternal

I just watched it and from what people were saying I thought that it would be far more clear cut. Obviously teams will be interested but I thought he would be the least likely to leave but we will just have to wait and see as we can do nothing about it.

All I would say is that I am sure that the presenter would be advised by the club in his choice of question if Lallana was definitely already off.
