i think dave is right, it prob is a case of being able to relate.. form the outside of the sunderland newcastle rivalry i can park any issues that exist between the two and relate to either.

and yes everton too... but i would say tha someone like west bro or villa. i don't relate to at all but i don't know that thats class based... perhaps the clubs in the north east just sing less offensive songs.. i dunno

It's the underlying wit and good humour - plus can't be doing with the midlands accent

Win, lose, or draw- if City doesn't lose theirs we're 2nd or 3rd.

I don't care for the result so much as we score 5 goals and take our tally to 104. That's the target for me.

Lose 6-5 to Newcastle and I'd still be happy. If we can't win the title- lets get our names in the history books for another reason. 5 goals is all we need.

Of course... if Villa beat City my opinion will change and I'll want us to win even if it's only by a goal.

No, boring is when you drill a hole in something. Dull, is a surface that is non-reflective. The two words are unrelated! ;)

Dull, as in dull as ditch water; boring as in boring bivalves! Got you! <ok>

Where's a thesaurus when you need one? Perhaps they died out at the KT boundary too! <doh>

just a little afternoon passing bye music

According to the Daily Fail this match is Suarez's swansong before he goes to Real Madrid. If they keep reporting it every transfer window one day it may come true, and no doubt they will claim a scoop
