yep but now the club has replied back on twitter regarding richards tweet with 3 tweets of their own.....


"We received a letter from Exeter a week ago exercising their option to take Eliot Richards at the end of the season 1 of 3"

someone tweeted him saying "big clear out of players etc Steve. Fancy a managerial job?"

his response was "not sure mr Higgs would approve as I'm a winner! He didn't like me"


he is 36 today! so a lot of gasheads wishing him a happy b.day and at the same time begging him to return to us.

he did well for us but rather keep mildenhall though. we need a back up keeper but i doubt he would want that position!!

Mildy is far better <ok> SP would be a decent second choice maybe but I still think Mike Green would do :p
 
I can barely keep up with the kids using twitter these days. ROD is only used to it cuz he spends far too much time around kids <laugh>
 
Who would actually want some of these players? They haven't exactly covered themselves in glory and there will be lots of released players looking for deals.Squads are getting smaller, money's tight and there are fewer opportunities.Any of these players would be a risk for other clubs with the exception of Smith.
