Man City just exposing the failings of a manager Swansea know too well. Same as Chelaea last week unfortunately for you guys. Still games to play and fair play, you have been awesome up front this year. Gutted it seems that you arent going to win on the Anniversary, but your team gave it a really good go and has not let anyone down. YNWA from a Jack
I dont have any problem accepting we threw this away ourselves but having witnessed a lot of Everton games it hurts not watching them put in any effort. If you are saying they are really trying i use the word deluded again. No idea who you support but put yourselves in our position, it just galling to see it play out like this. Also as i said earlier, when we were in this position years ago we tried, efc since going 2 down have put a bit of effort in. And the fans, it has nothing to with being twelve, that team has an outside chance of CL next season and they are more preoccupied with LFC possibly winning title (no guarantee we would win our two remaining fixtures btw) than to cheer their team on, and if you think the fans are cheering listen to all associated comments from pundits
Not true Sir Red, some are busy whining like a little bitch on a Liverpool board on the internet...cough...cough..
They were playing good football until 3 weeks ago when they #bottled it epically and probably set themselves back about a decade in terms of club development It's a good job they won't ruin the England coefficient though, Arsenal don't challenge for the CL but at least they don't embarrass either
So when Barkley leaves in the summer to play for a club with CL, wouldn't be surprised if it was Chavs or £ity, Everton fans will complain and moan about the big clubs poaching players. Yet they'll only have themselves to blame as they threw away, by choice, any chance of getting 4th.
It's not easy for them. They basically blew it against Palace at home, so before this game, they knew that their chances for claiming fourth was slim. You guys put in a performance very similar to this, when Chelsea were going for the title and came to Anfield needing a win to all but seal the title in their race with Man Utd.
Lol, TBH I didn't expect anything from today...it's probable champions vs 5th and turning out exactky how that should turn out... We blew it last week..which from a team that was 7th last year might be expected ...being top with two to go was most certainly not expected lol We've been bloody excellent this year. If we put in the effort and win the last two matches and lose the league on GD then I'll not complain at all.. While there is minutes to play there is always hope....but I'll accept it if second is all we get....
