No.

I was against us signing him from the start (Which I will be holding over everyone in future just as Dan's Lovren comments, which I definitely didn't totally back him up on, are held over him) to be honest, and then when he played he was pretty naff I felt, we all knew already he has that kind of City wondergoal in his locker but his general play was poor. I would be willing to forgive that and give him more time to settle to release his true potential, but he's buggered that up for himself. When we signed him I was very apprehensive but open to him surprising me, but if we let him back in next season I would be actively disappointed.

:) does this mean you'll march in protest? :)

If we bought him back in, I would hope it was after some serious thought and consideration from all parties. First off, can he adapt on the field?

You can manage 'mental' (and I mean self management as well as external management) but I don't think he has the commitment or wherewithal to go through the incredibly hard work it would take to do so.

Some people can't be helped. It's not as simple as getting help.

Not suggesting it is, but a lot of people with the right application and self-awareness can be helped. It's the application and self-awareness parts that I think Dani is lacking, not the quality of help, nor the fact that "you can't tame mental".
