Peter Skapetis ‏@peterskapetis 13 mins Enjoyed my time at QPR and the memories I've had there! Had to make the best decision for my career and that's to sign elsewhere!

Could this be to do with why the ex youth team coach was kicking off on twitter not too long ago. The qpr youth not being given a chance by the new coaches brought in by redknapp?
I don't blame him, how would you feel if ****e like Maiga and keane were bought in ahead of you? Young players know they won't get a chance here under Redknapp, probably as there's not an agents fee in it for him. Its yet another reason why he has to go, I'm sure we all want our young players given a chance. “I feel it’s time to move on. There’s a chance for me and I want to take it. My ultimate goal is to break into the first team and hopefully this move will give me the perfect platform for that" He clearly knows he won't get a shot here.
He was one of our best youth strikers, we've cocked up. I wouldn't blame Petrasso/Hitchcock or whoever else for doing likewise
The fact that he has chosen to go elswhere suggests to me that Redknapp may be with us longer than we think. otherwise he would hold out for next season surely?
Precisely, what the hell does Harry expect when we have promising juniors who can't get a game? This is the kind of player / situation that I've been bangin on about all year. Throughout a normal season game, Harry could do a lot worse than have a junior on the play the last 10 minutes up front to see if we can snare a goal. Mix it up man! As a lifetime QPR fan, ,is it any wonder I have an alcohol dependency.
Not good to hear this. Does no good for our youth system and will have other youth players of his calibre thinking about their careers. We've lost others before, and I'm sure good young players from other clubs over on too. But I would still want an exit interview with the lad if I was TF.
Yes. If Flyer is correct about the agent's fees and the kids not being given a chance because of that, then TF is not the astute businessman I thought he was.
I think we need to keep this all in perspective. I've never seen the lad play; has anyone else? It's all too easy to make an assumption fit a general consensus of opinion that as a club we're not giving chances to young players.
What young player did we last give a chance to? Hard to believe that the current system isn't producing any talent. Something wrong somewhere.
I would suggest the fact that a mid-table Premier League side have signed him proves he must have something. If he's good enough for Stoke then surely he is for us at this time
Very few football clubs seem to follow sensible business models; it's like the owners who in their real jobs don't waste a penny on things they don't actually need to survive suddenly start taking crystal meth or equivelant and behind their shades in weed smoke filled rooms just mutter 'yeah man!' to every notion that just happens to float by their ears at that particular moment.
