He was right the last time regarding rangers needing emergency funding. Then again he also said they would be in administration by now.
If they can't pay the wages he will also be right about administration again, what happened to the 120 day review ???
That's yet to be confirmed, they got a loan but only the Board knows what the money was for. He says it was for wages so if he's right then unless they get another loan (or other funds) very soon then they can't pay the wages this month and Rangers will not be able to keep that quiet, and he'll have been proven correct. I have no doubt they are in financial trouble but I don't need a mole at Ibrox to tell me that, or Phil for that matter. I'm no fan of the Press in Scotland but they can't go running around making allegations lest they be sued, Phil can basically say what he likes without fear of recrimination, but his biggest fault is his indugence in talking around corners, he never gets to the point, he teases and strings his argument out, being careful to not over commit to actually telling us what he knows. He predicted a precise date that would be in Administration by (14 March 2014 , I think) and they were not, so if he knew everything that was going on in the boardroom he must have known a loan was in the offing or even a possibility, yet he never mentioned it as far as i'm aware.
Which is not wages. Working capital is exactly what it says on the tin. http://www.investopedia.com/terms/w/workingcapital.asp They are in big trouble as I said Eric, but I don't need phil drip feeding me information and making predictions which turn out to be wrong, it makes him look somewhat foolish.
The vast majority of their outgoings will be wages. Are you suggesting the money was used for something else?
I've always used the term working capital when referring to the money required to fund ongoing business, including wages.
I have no idea but they have Police and Stewarding to pay for every two weeks, maintenance, supplies, legal fees, a myriad of things that have to be paid on a daily basis when running any business. The majority of the outgoings may well be on wages but it's not wages alone which will bring them down, it's everything combined, just like Admin 1, that was not solely down to wages alone. Phil likes to follow that line of logic though, player's wages is much more of an eye catching topic.
A senior source at Ibrox has told BBC Scotland he believes Rangers are "on a life-support machine".http://www.bbc.com/sport/0/football/27142340 "Pull the ****ing plug" i say
this i would guess is simply easdale trying to get them to buy season tickets given the bad news they are going to hear tomorrow and dave king floating around trying to get the fans cash
Dumb ****ers. Go into admin, do it properly this time, ie. getting rid of half the players and replacing them with cheaper options, and tell Ally to **** off. ps It's at times like this I wish I wasn't banned from Follow, Follow. Cunts must be ragin' on there
RM is going into meltdown mode. Dobber 1- can someone summarise Easdale's comments today? Dobber 2- yeah, we're ****ed!
